Job summary

Blavatnik School of Government in Oxford is seeking a Programme Manager for the What Works Hub for Global Education. You will coordinate the DFAT project and other initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets and outcomes are met.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with international partners and funders, and contribute to governance, planning and reporting to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing research or policy projects with multi-country components.
• Strong project planning, budgeting and donor reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational planning, coordination and delivery of the DFAT project and other assigned projects within the What Works Hub for Global Education.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources and risks with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate activities with international partners, funders and university colleagues; support governance and funding proposals.
