Job summary

Sigma Group, established over two decades, seeks a Programme Manager to lead the operational administration team across the Shared User operation at Copperworks. You will drive people management, performance improvement, and on-time delivery within budget, collaborating with Account Manager and warehouse teams.

You will use KPIs and data to improve service delivery, manage risks, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers while upholding GDPR and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths GCSE-level education.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced operation.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution or stock management.
• Experience planning workloads and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of GDPR and health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operational administration team.
• Manage day-to-day people matters incl attendance, holidays and performance.
• Plan and allocate workloads to meet client requirements.
• Oversee delivery of operational activity and projects.
• Monitor risks, costs and delivery targets; implement mitigations.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure smooth flow.
• Maintain stock integrity and inventory controls.
• Review KPIs and reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, GDPR and health & safety.
