About The Role:

Context and Current State:

• Transforming the Process, Data, Systems (PDS) landscape in Risk/Finance within a Trading environment. The programme spans multiple countries and functions, with various stages of maturity.
• Currently, 50-60% of the necessary structure is in place. A seasoned programme or portfolio manager is needed to establish full maturity, including vision, structure, ways of working, and governance.
• Governance Gaps: Some parts have robust governance, others lack senior oversight. Initiatives often start as philosophies and evolve into projects without structured decision-making.
• Narrative and Strategic Thinking: The programme narrative needs shaping, with strategic thinking on stakeholder engagement timing.
• Stakeholder Engagement: A detailed plan is required to ensure effective communication.
• Programme/Portfolio Manager: A professional capable of setting the vision, developing the narrative, and aligning stakeholders is essential.

Requirements:

• Solid experience within Energy / Commodities Trading.
• Ability to work from London offices 3 days a week.
