Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Lecturer in English to join our Slough & Langley College team on a permanent, 0.5 FTE basis. You will support post-16 learners to develop reading, writing, speaking and listening skills and help students achieve GCSE or Functional Skills qualifications.

Working with Learning Support Assistants, you will create an inclusive classroom, based on diagnostic data to close gaps, set targets and deliver interventions to boost progress and attendance.

Qualifications

• Lecturer role requires delivering high quality English teaching to post-16 learners.
• Involves supporting GCSE or Functional Skills qualifications.
