Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Programme Manager - IT and Business to join its Slough & Langley College team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role combines line management of Business and IT lecturers with responsibility for up to 18 teaching hours across IT courses at Level 3, and oversight of tutorials in Business.

The successful candidate will drive student progression, develop external partnerships and embed employability and English/mathematics skills across learning

Qualifications

Minimum Level 4 teaching qualification and FE curriculum planning experience.
Strong digital technology skills and effective communication.
Knowledge of safeguarding, equal opportunities and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Business and IT lecturers and oversee teaching delivery.
Deliver up to 18 contact hours across IT courses at Level 3.
Drive student progress, satisfaction and progression with strong teaching standards.
Foster external partnerships, secure industry placements, embed employability skills.
Embed English and mathematics across all learning programmes.
