Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent with a strong foundation in business strategy or related field.
• Experience delivering strategy projects with impact on organisational decisions.
• Interest or exposure to not-for-profit, fundraising, healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategy projects or workstreams from scoping to recommendations and handover.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear questions and structured approaches.
• Develop and assess strategic options with evidence-based recommendations.
• Navigate multiple senior stakeholders' perspectives for optimal outcomes.
• Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis drawing on internal data and external insight.
• Prepare high-quality papers and presentations for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Work across diverse strategic topics, quickly building understanding and applying structured thinking.
• Collaborate with CRUK stakeholders to gather input and build alignment.
• Bring external perspectives (market, partners, patient voice) into strategic thinking.
• Support transition from strategy to delivery to ensure actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to building capability and culture of the Strategy Team.
