Job summary

Groundwork Cheshire Lancashire & Merseyside is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the Jobs Guarantee Programme, driving strategic delivery and ensuring outcomes are met. Based at TheGrange, Blackpool, you will oversee a team of Employment Facilitators and Job Brokers, and build strong relationships with employers and key partners.

You'll shape partnerships, monitor service quality, and support young people to progress into employment, education or training, improving lives and strengthening

Job description

The Programme Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Jobs Guarantee Programme, ensuring the successful delivery of contractual outcomes, service quality standards and participant progression targets.

Job Purpose

This is more than programme management.
