Job description

JOB TITLE: Programme Manager - Creative Arts

LOCATION: Kings Lynn

HOURS: 37

SALARY: £43,216 - £46,980

Due to internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a new Programme Manager for our Creative Arts team. We have a fantastic range of facilities, including our very own recording studios, TV studios, theatre, fashion and textiles workshops and more. Creative Arts is solely based at our King's Lynn campus and currently offers courses from Level 1 to 3, as well as a range of short and introductory courses. We aspire to develop provision at Level 4 and above as part of our Higher Education Strategy and Growth Plan.

Our learners hone their skills in their chosen subject area through access to high quality teaching and learning opportunities, enabling them to move into their chosen career. We regularly support our students to showcase their work at local exhibitions and shows, as well as internationally renowned competitions such as WorldSkills.

You will lead the Creative Arts team through dynamic and effective team management, develop and explore new curriculum opportunities and work with local stakeholder partners and employers, to identify skills gaps. This truly is a great opportunity to have a positive impact on our learners and the wider community. Some evening and weekend work will be required for this role.
