Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is seeking a Programme Manager for Stevenage/London to size up opportunities, prepare rapid business cases and articulate benefits to gain key buy‑in for delivery.

The role requires managing multiple opportunities in parallel, following defined governance processes, and producing standard project management deliverables including business cases, project plans, RAID logs and programme reports.

• Follow defined governance processes and produce standard project management deliverables (business cases, project plans, RAID logs, programme reporting).

Job description

Programme Manager - Stevenage/London

• £650 to £750 per day
• Inside IR35
• Start in August 2026 - max. one week's notice currently

This role includes sizing up potential opportunities, preparing rapid business cases, articulating benefits, getting buy-in and approval, and managing through to delivery and benefits realisation. They will need to manage multiple of these opportunities in parallel.

The individual needs to be comfortable dissecting current business process inefficiencies and confident in engaging with both business and technology stakeholders to convert these challenges into practical deliverable solutions.

The individual will need to follow pre-defined governance processes and produce standard project management deliverables including business cases, project plans, RAID logs & programme reporting. The incumbent leaves in the first week of September and so we need to get someone in ASAP to enable a handover.
