Join us as a Programme Manager

Take on a critical delivery role where you’ll be joining our Data Science and Innovation team and leading the delivery of a strategic bank-wide AI Regulatory and Ethics transformation programme.

You’ll be responsible for the management of a multi-million-euro budget, delivering key outcomes, optimising the use of resources, and managing a wide array of stakeholders.

What you'll do

As the Programme Manager, you’ll partner with stakeholders, define objectives, structure, and scope, and lead the articulation of the financial business case. You’ll also identify and manage governance and controls appropriate to the programme's complexities, ensuring all deliverables adhere to governance and risk frameworks.

You’ll also:

• Ensure the delivery of workstream outcomes and services meet the programme's strategic objectives.
• Own, define, and manage programme plans, controls, and resource planning with strong reporting.
• Work with the delivery team to ensure appropriate resources are assigned.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions, influencing decision-making aligned with business objectives.
• Be accountable for programme-level risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

The skills you'll need

You’ll need an appropriate programme management qualification and a proven track record of managing and controlling bank-wide multi-million-euro budget programmes.

You’ll also need:

• Experience delivering programmes supporting business strategy and growth.
• Experience managing programmes across various business areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Experience in the AI space, especially ethical AI use, controls, guardrails, and regulatory environment.
