Do you have the experience to lead a major employability programme? If you do, then you may be the perfect fit for our Programme Manager role. Join our Employability and Skills team at East Sussex County Council and help ensure that residents and businesses in our county thrive.

As a Programme Manager, You Will

1. Support the implementation of the Connect to Work employment support programme
2. Ensure the programme complies with funder regulations and legal duties
3. Manage reporting, funding claims and monitor project performance
4. Work with the team to ensure successful programme delivery.

This is a part-time 30 hour/week role with a three-year fixed term contract, which may be extended for a further one year plus one year (subject to Department for Work and Pensions contract extension).

We Are Looking For Candidates Who

1. Can plan and organise varied workloads
2. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences
3. Deliver projects on time and within budget
4. Analyse and present complex data clearly
5. Have knowledge of project management methods
6. Have experience of external funding programmes, reporting and compliance.
