Job summary

Boden Group is recruiting an experienced Programme Manager in London to oversee a varied technical programme in a major PFI environment. The role focuses on HVAC, M&E and asset-related projects, managing multiple priorities with site-wide coordination and governance.

You will work with technical teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure delivery to high standards, with security clearance requirements in scope for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PFI environment.
• Programme or project management across multiple technical projects.
• Strong technical background in HVAC and M&E systems.
• Experience in asset management or M&E project delivery.
• SPV experience is advantageous.
• Ability to meet security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple technical projects within a complex PFI environment.
• Manage programmes covering HVAC, M&E and asset-related works.
• Coordinate project priorities and delivery across the site.
• Work with technical teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and ensure works meet required standards.
• Support governance and delivery within the PFI framework.
