Leicestershire County Council is seeking a project/programme professional to support the development of a business case for future Discharge to Assess bedded requirements across Leicester and Leicestershire. You will scope, establish and manage requirements, applying programme management methods and governance.
You will also prepare financial and staffing models to support options and refresh demand and capacity modelling as needed.

Salary: £63,027 – £69,342 per annum (pro rata for part-time) (Pay award pending)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed term for 9 months

You will support the Programme and Programme Board in devising, planning and managing the development of a business case on future Discharge to Assess bedded requirements across the Leicester and Leicestershire landscape. As part of the business case development, ensure the requirements are properly scoped, established and managed, adopting appropriate programme management methodology and governance arrangements. You will need to prepare full financial and staffing modelling to support any proposed options whilst effectively refreshing demand and capacity modelling.
