National Energy System Operator (NESO) is seeking a senior Programme Manager to shape and deliver major programmes across energy infrastructure and regulation. Based in the UK, you will lead diverse teams, manage budgets, engage stakeholders and drive governance to ensure timely, value-focused outcomes.

• Develop and own the Programme Plan, driving progress and resolving blockers.
• Build and lead high-performing teams with a culture of trust and development.
• Coach, mentor and develop people to nurture future talent and successors.
• Lead through influence, aligning teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
• Lead governance and provide decision-quality reporting to senior leaders.
• Own programme budgets, tracking costs, benefits and resources with rigour.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating and solving as needed.
• Deliver business change on time, within quality and budget in a fast-moving environment.
• Lead engagement with third-party partners and manage escalations when required.
