Westfield Health Group is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a complex programme made up of multiple workstreams across the Group. You will work with senior sponsors, territory leads and delivery teams to ensure delivery on scope, time, cost and benefits.

The Programme Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of a complex programme made up of multiple workstreams across the Group. The role provides hands-on delivery leadership, robust planning, budget governance, stakeholder engagement, clear executive reporting, coordination of Project Managers and close alignment with the central Programme Management Office to ensure programme outcomes are delivered to agreed scope, time, cost, quality and benefit expectations.
The post holder will operate with a high level of autonomy, working closely with senior sponsors, C-level stakeholders, territory leads, suppliers and internal delivery teams to maintain pace, remove blockers, manage dependencies and ensure all workstreams remain aligned to the overall programme objectives.
