Job summary

Modality Partnership invites an experienced programme manager to lead digital transformation projects from initial use case through rollout, training and evaluation. You will work remotely with national travel, coordinating clinical, operational and supplier teams to deliver automation and AI-enabled workflows in a regulated healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes adoption, outcomes tracking and evidence-based improvement, with a focus on patient care and staff experience across multiple GP

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering programmes or projects in healthcare or regulated settings.
• Familiarity with GP clinical systems like EMIS or SystmOne is welcome.
• Experience with documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate digital projects with milestones, risks, dependencies and progress reporting.
• Prepare papers, decision logs, actions and updates for digital transformation forums.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and supplier teams to capture requirements and support rollout.
• Develop use cases and improvement proposals for automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Create user guidance, training resources and practical support to aid adoption.
• Track adoption, outcomes and benefits to inform future delivery.
• Prepare case studies and impact reports showing project results.
