Job summary

Sizewell C Company is seeking a Programme Integrator/Planner to coordinate across Pre-Construction, AWP, Readiness, Delivery, Engineering, Commercial and Logistics, ensuring alignment of scope and interfaces for the Sizewell C project.

You will develop construction work packages, monitor readiness, manage dependencies and risks, and drive improvements through lessons learned, governance reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in program integration, planning, or coordination within construction, infrastructure, or major projects.
• Experience in Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), readiness coordination, and delivery support.
• Background in risk, constraint, and interface management in construction/engineering.
• Knowledge of governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement in large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Pre-Construction, AWP, Readiness, Delivery, Engineering, Commercial and Logistics.
• Plan, sequence, and transition construction activities into delivery.
• Manage program interfaces, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
• Develop and implement Construction Work Packages and delivery strategies.
• Monitor readiness requirements and embed in work packages and plans.
• Produce integration, readiness, and constraint reports for governance.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
