Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Planner for the Sizewell C project, based at Orwell Logistics Park with regular visits to the Sizewell C Main Construction Area.

Responsibilities include developing delivery schedules with the Senior Planner and delivery teams, tracking progress, mitigating slippage, and coordinating between the supply chain, PAA requirements, the CWA management team, and the PMO. Start date 02/11/2026; end date 10/09/2027; daily rate £550 PAYE; inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Construction is preferred.
• Hands-on scheduling tools experience (Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject).
• Proven planning experience in large, complex civil/infra construction environments.
• CSCS Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing delivery schedules with Senior Planner and delivery teams to determine methodology, sequences, timing, and resource allocation.
• Assist with regular programme updates and performance reporting during execution.
• Recommend corrective and mitigation measures for areas with forecast critical path slippage.
• Act as a critical interface between supply chain, PAA programme requirements, CWA management, and the PMO.
