Job summary

World Vision UK is hiring a Programme Finance & Compliance Advisor to oversee financial and compliance management for overseas programmes. The role requires managing grants, contracts, budgeting, reporting and risk, with a focus on donor requirements and value-for-money.

The position is permanent full-time, based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working and a salary of £42,750–£45,563 depending on experience. Closing date 08 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management and compliance is desired.
• Ability to manage complex multi-country, multi-partner programmes.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity assessment, pricing and proposal development.
• Due diligence and compliance across donor and partner assessments.
• Grant and contract financial management including budgeting, reporting and close-out.
• Continuous improvement of financial systems and engagement with stakeholders.
