Job summary

World Vision is seeking a Programme Finance & Compliance Advisor to provide specialist financial, compliance and risk management expertise to secure, deliver and close grants and contracts. Based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working, the role requires strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to influence colleagues on complex financial matters.

You will work with colleagues across the charity and donor organisations, balancing regulatory requirements with organisational priorities

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification, part-qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting donor-funded grants and/or commercial contracts throughout the funding lifecycle.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills.
• Experience applying donor financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information and provide practical advice.
