World Vision UK is seeking a Programme Finance & Compliance Advisor to oversee financial and compliance management for overseas programmes, from grant acquisition to close-out. Based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working, the post offers a permanent full-time contract and a salary between £42,750 and £45,563 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Assess the financial viability of funding opportunities and contribute to opportunity reviews.
• Lead the development of financial components of grant proposals and commercial bids.
• Ensure donor regulations, organisational policies and contractual requirements are understood.
• Embed value-for-money approaches and robust financial narratives in proposals.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity Assessment, Pricing and Proposal Development for funding opportunities.
• Due diligence coordination for donors and partners.
• Financial management during grant and contract start-up, monitoring and closure.
• Financial reporting, audits and close-out across programmes.
