Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in events, programme support, administration, or community management.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of Boardwave programmes and events, ensuring high standards.
• Support scheduling, onboarding, communications, and feedback collection.
• Track participation and outcomes for reporting and insights.
