Job summary

3Search is recruiting an Events & Digital Marketing Executive to manage a varied programme of live events, webinars, training sessions and supporting digital marketing activity, ensuring campaigns deliver an exceptional experience across multiple audiences.

You will coordinate events from planning to delivery, drive attendance and engagement, manage venues and suppliers, and maintain accurate CRM communications and budgets, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and budgets simultaneously.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, analytics and Microsoft Office, with CRM experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver a varied programme of events from planning through to successful delivery and post-event analysis.
• Lead promotional campaigns to maximise attendance, registrations and commercial success.
• Manage supplier relationships, venues, sponsorship opportunities and event logistics.
• Keep digital event content, website information and CRM communications accurate and engaging.
• Monitor budgets, evaluate event performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
