DealHub Ltd. in City of London is seeking a Programme Director to lead a major operations transformation within a leading financial services organisation.

The role is hybrid, averaging 2 days per week in the office, with a salary up to £130,000 plus up to 15% bonus and up to 18% pension plus benefits. You will shape the future operating model, drive discovery through to delivery, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across operations, technology and regulatory functions to deliver measurable

Working for a major financial services organisation who is investing heavily in the transformation of a major business operation as part of a wider strategic programme.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high profile business transformation from discovery through to delivery. You will help shape the future operating model, improve customer outcomes, modernise processes and introduce new technology and automation capabilities.

This is not a role where the roadmap already exists. You will play a key role in defining it.
