Job summary

Mott MacDonald is recruiting for a Project Programme and Commercial Manager to lead delivery on multiple UK schemes. You will ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes, embedding sustainability and health & safety across the project lifecycle.

You will manage NEC contract obligations, coordinate design and construction interfaces, and provide robust governance reporting to the Investment Committee and client. Hybrid working is available in a supportive ESOP culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or project management field.
• APM qualification preferred and membership at full level.
• Experience with NEC contracts and client-side utilities projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within cost and quality.
• Embed sustainability principles across delivery.
• Manage health, safety and wellbeing on site.
• Coordinate contract requirements and design solutions.
• Maintain communications with client and supply chain.
• Lead change control and governance processes.
• Manage programme and capital allocation through lifecycle.
