Job description

Safran Engineering Services is seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to lead a major engineering and quality services programme supporting Safran Electrical & Power. This is not a traditional project management role. You will be responsible for the successful mobilisation, deployment and ongoing management of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, ensuring customer satisfaction, resource availability, delivery performance and effective programme governance. The role will oversee a team of up to 22 engineers, quality professionals and PMO resources supporting critical aerospace programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the mobilisation and ramp-up of engineering and quality resources.
  • Manage customer demand, capacity planning and resource forecasting.
  • Act as the primary customer interface for service delivery activities.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and deployment of resources.
  • Monitor service performance, utilisation and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage programme risks, issues and escalations.
  • Lead weekly and monthly governance reviews.
  • Develop recovery plans for resource gaps, demand increases and delivery issues.
  • Maintain programme reporting, KPIs and performance dashboards.
