Job summary

SANS Institute in Swansea, UK is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to drive successful delivery of programmes and events. You will develop project plans, track KPIs, manage resources, and coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires experience in programme development, risk management and strong client relationship skills, with a focus on scalable, high-quality delivery across Cyber Academies and related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing small and large scale projects/programmes.
• Risk and issue management within a project/programme environment.
• Ability to organise and prioritise multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scope possible projects/programmes/academies and agree action plan with line manager.
• Provide programme design support.
• Ensure programme schedules are suitable for the region based on local intricacies.
• Provide input into product development discussions and market opportunities.
• Provide full lifecycle project support across Cyber Academies, Foundations and CyberStart.
• Develop, implement and manage clear project plans in a dynamic environment.
• Initiate kickoff meetings for new projects.
• Coordinate resources, licences, courses, collateral, webcasts, partners, communications and reports.
• Organise and maintain all project paperwork.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and stakeholders to meet deliverables and deadlines.
• Provide a professional single point of contact for project customers.
