Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in London is seeking a Programme Coordinator to support strategic transformation programmes across the UK&I. You will coordinate governance, reporting and stakeholder communications, helping programmes stay organised, on track and well-governed.

You will work with Programme Managers and Change Experience colleagues to embed new processes, technologies and ways of working, including AI and automation initiatives, in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects or programmes or business change initiatives.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Familiar with project management methodologies and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support programme delivery and assist in coordinating plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and governance materials.
• Monitor progress and follow up on actions, risks and dependencies.
• Produce clear status updates, dashboards and governance documentation.
• Partner with Change Experience to support communications and adoption activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and automation with AI tools.
