Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Programme Coordinator to join the Water and Wastewater Asset Strategy and Planning teams. Based in Falmer or Durrington with hybrid working (2 days in the office), you’ll support delivery against regulatory commitments and manage financial processes.

You’ll be analytical, well organized and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential, and you’ll handle budgeting, reporting and regulatory inputs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating internal and regulatory commitments and manage progress tracking and reporting across key projects.
• Provide senior stakeholders with visibility over milestones, risks, and blockers.
• Budget oversight and financial coordination - c.£0.5m budget, POing, invoices & forecasting.
• Regulatory reporting support - coordinate inputs with defined owners and timelines.
• Gather data from teams to produce reports and insights using Excel/Power BI.
