Job summary

Anglian Water Services is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead major infrastructure workstreams for the Fens/Lincolnshire Reservoirs. Hybrid role, based in Peterborough with London attendance as required, and a salary circa £85,000 depending on skills and experience.

You will report to a Senior Programme Manager and oversee multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring milestones, budgets and quality, while coordinating with regulators and partners on a nationally significant programme.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large infrastructure programmes.
• Experience building and guiding project management teams.
• Strong ability to manage diverse stakeholders and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead major workstreams across Reservoirs projects (Fens or Lincolnshire).
• Develop and coach Project Managers delivering complex packages.
• Drive design, procurement, site investigations and transactions.
• Ensure progress through RAPID milestones and DCO requirements.
• Collaborate with controls, commercial, technical and governance teams.
