Job summary

Hypersonica GmbH in London is seeking an ambitious early-career professional to help build Europe's hypersonic capability. This role is not a fixed box; you will influence delivery across defence programmes, coordinating with engineering, operations, business development, and external suppliers.

You will translate complex customer requirements into actionable plans, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in management consulting, DefTech, aerospace or a fast-paced tech environment.
• Ability to break down complex problems and translate analysis into practical actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of defence programmes and major workstreams.
• Translate customer requirements into clear plans, milestones, and next steps.
• Coordinate with customers, partners and internal stakeholders in meetings and workshops.
• Track progress, risks, actions and dependencies to drive resolution.
• Prepare concise programme materials to enable fast decision-making.
• Take ownership of defined workstreams and grow into more complex responsibilities.
