Overview

This role leads a team of programmatic experts across key accounts, overseeing strategic direction, team development, and account deliverables. You will promote Publicis programmatic solutions and contribute to team learning through independent projects. Clients include Nomad Foods, LVMH, Reckitt, and Spotify, focusing on strategy, planning, and activation. The role emphasizes strengthening existing work and innovating new engagement methods.

Key Objectives
  1. Strategic Thought Leadership: Collaborate with department heads to devise and deliver innovative programmatic strategies, focusing on DOOH, CTV, cookieless solutions, and automation.
  2. Drive Outstanding Performance: Ensure high campaign effectiveness, coach team members, and uphold client service standards.
  3. Account Growth & Maturity: Expand account spend and platform adoption through strategic initiatives.
  4. Build a Centre of Excellence: Develop deep understanding of client objectives, optimize processes, and ensure consistent, efficient work delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the programmatic team, supporting their growth and skill enhancement.
  • Promote Publicis products and lead client strategy initiatives.
  • Manage team performance, conduct appraisals, and facilitate career development.
  • Establish organizational approaches and streamline workflows.
  • Explore new industry topics, create testing frameworks, and share results.
  • Deliver thought leadership and industry insights.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and oversee the quality of team outputs.
  • Build and maintain client confidence to expand agency responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Experience as an account director or senior account manager in programmatic media.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume programmatic campaigns across DSPs like DV360 and TTD.
  • Knowledge of GA360, audience activation, and the programmatic supply ecosystem.
  • Leadership experience managing teams of 6+ members, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to engage senior clients.
  • Experience with innovation in biddable media and managing large brand campaigns across markets.
