Job summary

Incubeta UK in London is seeking a Programmatic Associate focused on client advisory and external engagement. You will work directly with advertiser and agency clients to optimise DV360 and CM360 to achieve business objectives and mentor teams on platform usage.

You will lead a portfolio of clients, provide advisory support, training, and troubleshooting, and collaborate with Consultants to deliver a high-quality client experience. A hybrid work setup and flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on programmatic or activation experience with advertiser and agency clients.
• Practical DV360 experience and familiarity with CM360.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on DV360 and CM360 usage and share platform guidance.
• Deliver training, support, and troubleshooting via calls, email, and screen-sharing.
• Collaborate with Consultants and Senior Consultants for a consistent client experience.
• Identify opportunities for additional platform adoption and solutions.
