Contract: 9 Months Initially

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of a Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP programme for a leading global retail client. This high-profile role will oversee a full end-to-end implementation across five international markets, ensuring strategic alignment, operational readiness, and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the D365 ERP programme from greenfield inception through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Oversee deployment across five countries, coordinating with local and global teams to ensure standardisation and compliance.
• Manage programme governance, risk, and change management processes to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders to ensure business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record of delivering at least one full end-to-end ERP implementation (greenfield ideally).
• Recent retail industry experience (within the last 2 years) – essential due to sector-specific requirements.
• Strong experience managing multi-country ERP deployments, ideally in complex global environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at C-suite level.
• Solid understanding of D365 ERP and associated change management in retail settings.
