DESCRIPTION

Our Program Managers are always thinking about the bigger picture. Every position at Amazon offers the opportunity for employees to influence business decisions and shape the future. As a Program Manager, your mission is to pioneer new ways of thinking, designing, and delivering. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, continuously scoping out new solutions. Your responsibilities include conducting research and analysis with a focus on the long-term vision of the business. This role offers the chance to impact some of the most exciting innovations shaping Amazon’s future.

You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with EU Fleet, external Fleet suppliers, Planning, Relay Operations Center, and teams within ATS using Fleet assets.

We seek an entrepreneurial, innovative, and analytical Program Manager with a talent for creating compelling products and a passion for building new promotional channels. Responsibilities include identifying new products and services, analyzing carrier P&L, running benchmarks, setting pricing points, and providing actionable insights into performance.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, capable of meeting deadlines amidst competing priorities, and identifying areas for team improvement.

A day in the life

As Program Manager, you'll lead the implementation of data-driven changes in Amazon, managing improvement projects and programs. You'll define and execute efficient project plans using strategic thinking. Some managers work on-site, others remotely, depending on team needs.

Program Managers handle complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. Beyond process improvements, you may also contribute to broader areas such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables, charts, lookups, nested formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery and reporting results to senior leadership
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL knowledge
  • Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2, PMP
  • Relevant experience in fleet, automotive, or operations environments
