Job description

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days/week in-office)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Travel: Up to 25% (as required)

Salary: £91,000 per year

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly strategic, and detail-oriented Product Experiences Producer to join our Global Experiential team. Sitting at the intersection of culture, technology, and storytelling, this role is responsible for bringing consumer hardware and software to market through memorable live demos, activations, and major brand events.

This is not a traditional event logistics role. You will act as the core connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Communications, Policy, and Legal teams to design, scale, and execute high-profile physical and virtual experiences. From managing live product hardware to delivering white-glove demos to VIP audiences, you will turn complex technical concepts into compelling, human-centered narratives.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Production & Execution: Design, build, and scale physical and virtual product experiences for major global brand moments (e.g., industry flagships, tech conferences, and cultural activations).
  • Product Representation & Hardware Management: Oversee how products and hardware are showcased in physical spaces. Train on-site staff, manage device hardware, and troubleshoot technical setups.
  • VIP Live Demonstrations: Serve as the on-site expert during "white glove" moments, confidently delivering engaging, high-stakes product demos to executives and VIP audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Review event briefs, align on strategic goals/budgets, and collaborate across Policy, Communications, Product, Marketing, Legal, and agency partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Operations & Playbooks: Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks (applying the "SUPER" principle: Simple, Ubiquitous, Personalized, Empowering, Reassuring) to streamline global operations.
  • Measurement & Data Storytelling: Partner with Data Science teams to build strategic measurement plans, track event efficacy, and translate post-event data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: Lead relationships with external creative and production agencies, holding partners accountable to timelines, scope, and quality.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Sufficient years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or within a creative agency setting.
  • Crisis Management & Agility: Proven ability to manage real-time chaos, de-escalate high-pressure situations, and make sound critical decisions on the fly when event requirements shift.
  • Public Speaking & Live Demos: Outstanding presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex hardware/software products to executive and VIP audiences.
  • Advanced Cross-Functional Communication: Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) with experience managing competing priorities across matrixed organizations (Policy, Legal, Marketing, Product).
  • Vendor & Budget Oversight: Direct experience managing multi-event budgets, agency partners, and complex supply chains simultaneously (handling 5-6 projects of varying scopes at once).
  • Technical Comfort: Hands-on experience working with consumer hardware, device management, and basic technical troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • XR / Emerging Tech Experience: Familiarity with VR/AR/XR devices, emerging consumer hardware, or tech hardware deployments.
  • Global Tech Background: Experience operating within a large, matrixed, global tech company or rapidly scaling department.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Ability to perform basic real-time technical troubleshooting on devices during live events.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • Making Sense of Chaos: The ability to step back, de-escalate, and bring clarity to fast-moving, evolving projects rather than getting overwhelmed by shifting product directions.
  • Narrative-Driven Storytelling: Translating raw product features and post-event analytics into compelling stories for senior stakeholders.
  • High-Impact Team Collaboration: Thriving in a high-intensity, "in-the-trenches" team culture with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility: Adapting to non-routine workflows, including global time-zone calls and international travel.
