We are looking for an accomplished Programme Manager to lead a major Workday Financials transformation for one of the largest companies in the world, a globally recognised brand and one of the Big Four professional services firms.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a flagship finance transformation programme that is core to the organisation’s global digital finance strategy.

The Role

As Programme Manager, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Workday Financials implementation
• Oversee programme governance, delivery assurance, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation
• Manage cross-functional teams including system integrators, internal stakeholders, and finance SMEs
• Ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals
• Represent the programme at C-level and global stakeholder forums

Key Requirements

• Experience working within or alongside Big Four or FTSE 100/Global 500 organisations
• Strong background in finance transformation, ERP delivery, and stakeholder engagement
• Exceptional leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
