This role is key to ensuring Re7 Labs and the broader team deliver strategic initiatives such as launching new vaults, platforms, and internal projects, enabling our team to scale efficiently.

The successful candidate will work with innovative teams globally and support Re7 Labs, Re7 Capital, and our clients to achieve collective goals.

Responsibilities

1. Program Strategy & Execution: Define, structure, and manage the timely execution of programs related to platform and product launches.
2. Project Management: Ensure smooth implementation of vault strategies, DeFi integrations, and governance upgrades.
3. Program and Project Prioritisation: Manage prioritisation for new initiatives.
4. Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with developers, portfolio managers, analysts, and sales teams.
5. Enabling Progress at Speed: Ensure continuous progress across workstreams.
6. Process Optimisation: Improve workflows for vault creation, yield optimisation, and productivity.
7. Market & Ecosystem Engagement: Stay updated on DeFi trends, innovations, and regulations.

Requirements

1. 5+ years experience in traditional finance or DeFi.
2. Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
3. Extensive program & project management experience.
4. Knowledge of L1/L2 chains, protocols, liquidity pools, AMMs, and yield strategies.
5. Strong understanding of risk management principles.
6. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
7. Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
8. Ability to work at a fast pace.
9. Excellent organisational and planning skills.
10. Strong communication skills.
11. University graduate.
12. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
