The Program Manager reports directly to the Program Director. This position is based in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, and oversees our group home.

Salary: $56,000-$65,000

What Devereux Looks for in YOU:

• Plans and implements occupational, recreational, social, and other developmental plans for each individual in their care.
• Ensures the program's facilities are maintained to present Devereux as a good neighbor and welcomed community member.
• Responsible for all staff within their assigned program(s), including hiring, performance management, attendance, payroll accuracy, and training compliance.
• Ensures adequate coverage for all shifts within the program.
• Supervises planning, implementation, and documentation of programs addressing social, emotional, physical, and personal needs.
• Plans and participates in group outings for individuals.
• Manages shopping for necessities such as food, clothing, and household items.
• Schedules and transports individuals to appointments, shopping trips, and day programs/schools.

Qualifications

You'd make a great DSP if you have:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• A valid non-provisional driver's license.
• Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency.
• Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting (preferred).
• Empathy and a team approach to care for our individuals.
