Job summary

The ideal candidate has strong PMO experience within energy/utilities, with expertise in RAID, planning, forecasting and stakeholder liaison. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with Power BI advantageous.

PMO Analyst – Energy & Utilities | Permanent | London (Hybrid)

I'm currently supporting a leading organisation in the UK energy industry with the hire of a permanent PMO Analyst to support a portfolio of complex technology, regulatory and business change programmes.

Previous experience working within the energy/utilities sector is essential for this role.

The role will cover:

• PMO governance, controls and programme assurance
• RAID and dependency management
• Programme planning, milestones and delivery tracking
• MI, dashboards and senior stakeholder reporting
• Financial tracking, forecasting and resource planning
• Supporting governance forums and programme/project meetings
• Working closely with Project and Programme Managers across multiple workstreams
• Improving PMO processes, reporting and delivery standards

What we’re looking for:

• Strong PMO Analyst experience within energy or utilities - essential
• Experience supporting complex technology, regulatory or business change programmes
• Strong knowledge of governance, RAID, planning and reporting
• Experience with programme financials, forecasting and resource tracking
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience would be advantageous
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a structured programme environment
