Job summary

iCrossing is seeking a Program Lead to drive the delivery of complex, multi‑project programs within the Delivery Solutions Team. You will align client strategies with delivery objectives and coordinate Digital, Creative, and Technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

We are seeking a Program Lead to join the Delivery Solutions Team at iCrossing. This pivotal role will oversee complex, multi-project programs, ensuring alignment with client strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes. As a key driver of client success, the Program Lead will integrate cross‑functional expertise across iCrossing’s service, including—Digital, Creative, and Technology—while fostering innovation and building strong client partnerships.

As Program Lead, you will have the opportunity to:

This is a full‑time position requiring 2 days per week in the office (London, Brighton or Cardiff). You must have the Right to Work in the UK as unfortunately we are currently unable to sponsor those who require a VISA.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader with a proven ability to drive client success through program management. You should bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and client‑centric focus to the role. Additionally, we’re seeking someone who demonstrates:

• A proven ability to manage multi‑service programs with budgets exceeding £2M.
• Experience in driving client satisfaction improvements and achieving >95% on‑time delivery.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies for resource optimization and delivery tracking.

• Innovation: Foster a culture of curiosity and exploration, identifying new opportunities for client growth and partnership expansion.
• Ambassadorship: Represent iCrossing’s values and foundational principles in all client and internal interactions.
• Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as required to support the success of the Delivery Solutions Framework Team.
