You will perform safe, professional deliveries within service windows, assist with loading/unloading, and uphold Health & Safety standards while delivering great customer service.

A Cat B licence is essential; hours are typically 40+ per week. Pay ranges from £12.71 to £16.90 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods safely, professionally and within agreed service windows.
• Complete customer pre-calls and deliver goods in accordance with company procedures.

• Handle customer queries and escalate as needed.
• Handle goods carefully to minimise damage.
• Follow procedures for failed deliveries, refusals and returns.
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report defects.
