Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Bristol is seeking an experienced Professional Support Lawyer to join the Real Estate team. The role combines strategic PSL responsibilities with a strong emphasis on innovation, technology and AI.

You will work across property teams, deliver training, identify risks and contribute to tenders and business development, while acting as a liaison for real estate technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in real estate, development or planning
• Experience delivering training or coaching
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide up-to-date insight on key practical legal developments in Real Estate
• Develop and deliver training to support technical excellence
• Identify areas of legal, regulatory and commercial risk

An excellent opportunity for an experienced property Lawyer to move into a Professional Support Lawyer role within a leading UK law firm. This is a broad and strategic PSL position, working closely with the wider Real Estate group to support technical excellenceand development of the practice, in addition thisrole has a strong focus on innovation, legal technology and AI.

The role:

Will be to work across property teams including real estate, development and planning andresponsibilities will include:

• Providing up to date with key practical legal developments.
• Developing and delivering training to supporttechnical excellence
• Identifying areas of legal, regulatory and commercial risk
• Working closely with the Innovation and Legal Technology teams to encourage the effective use of AI and other legal technology
• Acting as a key point of contact for Real Estate-related technology
• Contributing to tenders and business development

What experience is required:

• Qualified Solicitor in either real estate, property development or planning at least 5 years post qualification
• A genuine interest in legal technology, innovation and the developing use of AI
• Experience of delivering training and/ or coaching
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach andability to build strong internalrelationships
