Phoenix Software is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join our cybersecurity consultancy practice in the UK. You will focus on deploying Microsoft cloud and security technologies, troubleshooting complex environments, and driving delivery alongside Solution Architects and Project Managers.
You will deliver technical workshops, create post-delivery documentation, and continuously develop expertise across Defender for Endpoint, Azure, Entra ID, and related security services.

The right person for this role will be a Support Analyst or Engineer currently working with Microsoft cloud and security technologies, who is ready to step into a delivery‑focused professional services role. You will already be troubleshooting customer environments, deploying Microsoft security solutions, and working closely with customers, with the confidence to take ownership of technical delivery and develop towards a Technical Consultant role.
