Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in London is seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end Compliance Link (Firco) implementations. You will manage client engagements, configure and deploy solutions, deliver training, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining strong relationships.

The role combines project management, technical consulting, and regulatory know-how in sanctions and AML, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and support for pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with RDBMS & SQL databases (Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL Server).
• Understanding of three-tier architecture and web servers.

The position involves leading end-to-end client engagements, managing project delivery, requirements, risks and customer satisfaction, while providing expertise in compliance and sanctions risk management. Responsibilities include configuring and deploying solutions, delivering training, troubleshooting issues, conducting technical audits and health checks, supporting pre-sales activities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams, contributing to business growth, and staying current with developments in the sanctions and compliance landscape.Responsibilities: Project Management: This role leads the delivery of LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ Compliance Link (Firco) implementations, combining project management, compliance expertise and technical consulting. Responsibilities include managing client projects, deploying and configuring solutions, providing training and support, building strong customer relationships, supporting pre-sales activities, and ensuring clients effectively meet sanctions and compliance requirementsFunctional Analysis: Demonstrates excellent knowledge of compliance and sanctions risk management, translating customer requirements into effective Compliance Link solutions and applying best practices to support successful implementationsImplementation: Provides technical implementation of Compliance Link solutions, including installation, configuration, training and troubleshooting.
