Job summary

Cloud Decisions is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to work remotely for UK customers. You will design, implement, migrate and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange and Viva, with emphasis on security, collaboration and modernisation.

You will guide workshops, create implementation guides, automate tasks with PowerShell and mentor junior engineers while delivering high-quality customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in consultancy, MSP or Professional Services.
• Hands-on design, implementation, migration and optimisation across Microsoft 365.
• Customer-facing delivery and workshops with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects.
• Deploy and support Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva.
• Configure Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA and hybrid identity.
• Implement Purview solutions including Information Protection and DLP.
• Deliver tenant-to-tenant and other migrations (Google Workspace to M365, on-premises).
• Troubleshoot complex environments and provide guidance through delivery.
• Lead customer workshops and design discussions; produce implementation guides.
• Develop PowerShell automation to improve administration and delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.

Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist

Location: Remote (UK)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to join a growing Microsoft Partner delivering cloud transformation projects for customers across the UK.

This is a customer-facing Professional Services role where you'll design, implement, migrate and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions, helping organisations modernise collaboration, security and productivity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects.
• Deploy and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA and hybrid identity.
• Implement Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection, DLP, Retention and eDiscovery.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 migration projects including tenant-to-tenant, Google Workspace and on-premises migrations.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 environments and provide technical expertise throughout project delivery.
• Lead customer workshops, technical discovery sessions and solution design discussions.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Develop PowerShell automation to improve administration and delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practice.

What We're Looking For

You'll have hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions within a consultancy, MSP or Professional Services environment.

Experience with some or most of the following is desirable:

• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• Exchange Online
• OneDrive for Business
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Purview
• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• PowerShell
• Microsoft Graph
• Tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations
• On-premises to Microsoft 365 migrations

Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, SC-300 or SC-401 would be advantageous but aren't essential.
