Job summary

Sanderson King, an executive search firm, is recruiting multiple Professional Risks Lawyers ranging from Associate to Partner for a growing law firm with a Tier 2 Legal 500 ranked practice in Manchester and Leeds, UK.

You will handle professional indemnity and liability matters, with London Market exposure, and contribute by developing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional indemnity or property damage liability claims from a defendant perspective.
• Insurance coverage experience is ideal.
• London Market exposure is highly relevant.
• Suitability across multiple seniority levels from Associate to Partner.

Responsibilities

• Handling professional indemnity and professional liability matters.
• Managing property damage and liability claims.
• Providing insurance coverage advice and resolving disputes.
• Handling management liability and D&O, as well as cyber and data risks.
• Managing complex disputes up to multi-million-pound matters for clients across construction, accounting, technology, care, and non-profit sectors.
• Developing client relationships, generating new work, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to practice growth (for senior levels).
