  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience, ensuring food quality and standards are met.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Focus on building a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
