About your new role

We are seeking a Professional Indemnity Lawyer (Construction focus) to join our team in Manchester. The role involves handling a broad range of contentious work, including defending claims against professional service providers, insurance disputes, and claims related to construction, property damage, cyber, and aviation sectors.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Support senior lawyers with caseload management
• Manage cases proactively with supervision
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and court documents
• Advise clients on liability and coverage issues
• Liaise with insurers, clients, experts, witnesses, and counsel
• Ensure compliance with service agreements and policies
• Contribute to management information
• Delegate tasks and mentor trainees and paralegals
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned

About You
