Job summary

Lockton am seeking an experienced Professional Indemnity Claims Associate to join the Professional & Financial Risks team in London. You will manage your own caseload of Financial Lines claims, predominantly relating to UK and Global Professional Indemnity and Cyber risks, with knowledge of D&O and FI advantageous.

You will be proficient in London Market systems such as ECF and CLASS, demonstrate strong technical claims processing, and attend external client meetings as required.

Qualifications

• PI and Cyber claims experience
• Strong technical claims processing with London Market understanding
• Proficiency with London Market systems such as ECF and CLASS
• Excellent communication skills and client meeting experience
• Energetic with a desire to learn and progress

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of Financial Lines claims, focusing on UK and Global Professional Indemnity and Cyber risks
• Liaise with clients and attend external client meetings as required
• Work within the London Market context and systems

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Financial Lines claims which will predominantly relate to UK and Global Professional Indemnity and Cyber risks although a knowledge of other classes of business such as D&O, FI would be advantageous.

Qualifications

Your knowledge and expertise:

• Professional Indemnity and Cyber Claims experience
• Applicants must have a proven technical and policy interpretation ability
• It is essential that candidates have strong technical claims processing experience with a solid understanding of the London Market.
• Technically, candidates will be proficient in using a number of London Market systems including ECF and CLASS.
• You will pose excellent communications skills and when required attend external client meetings.
